WASP AI Import
The WASP KI Import is an add-on module for WASP Office that helps you automatically capture orders and stacks from uploaded documents.
What is the WASP AI import?
The AI recognizes relevant information, prepares it for import, and transfers the data to the import dialog. There, you can review all suggestions before importing and adjust them if necessary.
Upon request, the original document will be stored directly with the order or polling station.
This ensures that the origin of the data remains traceable at all times.
The WASP AI import was specifically developed for the requirements of timber logistics and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows.
WASP AI Import GDPR-Compliant
The processing takes place via infrastructure in Germany or within the European Union. Personal data is not transferred to third countries.
The legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the AI Regulation (AI-VO) are complied with. External AI services process the data exclusively for analysis and do not store it permanently. Permanent storage takes place exclusively on WASP's systems.
